Assistant Project Manager/ Event Coordinator - ICU baby

From aiding with set-up, and materials for events to helping to find sponsorships for fundraising events. Created the Qgiv site allowing for donations. Created a platform with the CEO to assure the HOPE Parade can be reestablished flawlessly in the future. Created the online stores' template for the items the CEO wanted to sell before the walk. Compiled data into a share point folder. Worked on the presentation for the hospital to show what ICU baby does and how they have touched many families. Worked on creating and planning a rough budget before the walk and edited those numbers to more realistic ones once more research was conducted, and real pricing came in.  Connected and working with sponsors for the HOPE parade. Achieved the first donor, WAWA. Gathered information and spoke with families about the miracle of the HOPE stretch of the walk. Collected information from 22 families. Reached out to 100 families and learned their struggles and stories during their newborn's stay in the ICU.  Created an element called the Hallway of Hope with real family photos of the newborns with a current picture of how they are doing now. Also, aided in compiling annual reports.
